Custom Surfboard FAQs
We specialize in making custom surfboards and often have limited stock on our website. For custom orders, we collect a NRF deposit between $200 - $350 USD once we receive it, our shaper will contact to get your personalized board going.
How much is shipping
Shipping surfboards within USA vary depending on the size of the board and destination.
Longboards: $150 - $300 per.
Mid-lenghts: $125 - $200 per.
Shortboards: $75 - $150 per.
The more bulk you order, the cheaper the costs gets. Local pick up is available in Bali and our Florida locations.
Shipping out of Bali is near impossible. The cost can be greater than the board. However if you are visiting Bali we can have your board ready on arrival, easier to travel back with your own board. Please keep in mind that the longest size for a board accepted by most airlines is a 9'2" longboard.
Boards take a minimum of 3 - 4 weeks to make, however timelines can differ during peak season. Sometimes taking 8 - 12 weeks.
It all depends, whether you have picked a complex design with multiple colors and what kind of finished you are interested in.
Also, the location where your new board is going to be delivered. Bali rates are much cheaper than USA based boards, due to the cost of materials and labor cost.
Most of our based models include a clear code and pro-finish. Colors are extra per side. Heavier glassed boards also cost a little extra. Usually a basic colored board can cost an extra $100 - $150 USD. In the USA.
Bali orders include colors and string color selection.

In USA we use blanks from Millenium foam, fiberglass and resin and color tints from Fiberglass Florida.
In Bali we use Redz blanks (50ccs) and import our fiberglass and resin tints from USA and OZ
